I PROVIDE THERAPY FROM AN
ANTI-RACIST & TRAUMA-INFORMED LENS.
The history of our country impacts how we show up in the world. There are many systems we are a part of that DO NOT benefit US. In therapy with me you will find that it is a parallel process with inclusivity and awareness of what you are bringing into the room.
While in therapy I honor your past experiences and work collaboratively with you to develop a SAFE environment in an effort to process and address those experiences emotionally and physically.
